Refunds and returns

Refunds are issued to the original payment method — you do not need to spend the money again somewhere else.

Depending on the item and reason, the team may also offer an exchange or store credit in place of a refund.

Processing time depends on your bank; most shoppers see the money back within 5–10 business days.

Contact support within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Include your order details, the product name, and a short description of the issue for the fastest response.

Returns for damaged or incorrect items are free — the shop covers return shipping.

Changed your mind or the size isn’t right? Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags and packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. The item must reach us in resellable condition before a refund is processed.

The support team will confirm your return is eligible and give you the return address and any instructions specific to your item.

Variant-led products such as apparel may require support confirmation before an exchange is approved.
